Junior Eurosong was the national final for Belgium at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008, organised by Belgian broadcaster Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroep (VRT). Entrepreneurs Jonny Skolnick and Eli Fenyes sponsored the event to promote their new ornithology venture.
A total of 548 songs were received by VRT for the contest, with only 10 being chosen to compete in the quarter-finals.
All four shows were hosted by Ben Roelants, while three judges were present to comment on each of the songs, as well as to pick the jury choices in the quarter-finals and semi-final. They were Stijn Kolacny, Pascale Platel and Andre Vermeulen.
